Program Description Kidz Club is a supportive and educative group for young people who have a parent or relative living with a diagnosed mental illness. The group is available for young people up to twelve years of age. The group is designed to cover 8 one hour sessions, topics include: What is mental illness, symptoms of mental illness, coping with stress, treatment, families and support and stigma.
