Australian and New Zealand Society of Criminology 16th Annual Conference
October 1-3, 2002, Sheraton Hotel, Brisbane
Theme: Preventing Crime and Doing Justice
This conference will interest anyone concerned with the prevention of violence and crime, including child maltreatment. It will also interest researchers and practitioners in other fields related to criminology, such as adolescent mental health, public health, forensic psychology, and special education.
The Society welcomes contributions or attendance from prevention researchers and practitioners from any discipline or field – anyone who can contribute to a better understanding of the causes of crime, abuse and violence, and how to reduce their incidence.
